Had a warranty thing come up and they got it sorted out faster than I expected. Didn’t really have to go back and forth much, which was nice. Overall, hassle-free.

The communication was alright overall. Like with most places, replies always seem to take longer than you hope, and that was the case here too. They did get back to me eventually and answered my questions, so it wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked.
